We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us with the means to do so. For example, we may send you periodic emails. Also, we may receive confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us communicate with you more effectively. Information Collected Automatically

Unauthorized access to your account is directly tied to the security of your calendar provider account.You are responsible for protecting your account and Personal Information by protecting your calendar account sign-on mechanism appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, no one can absolutely guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.

Nowaat is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Nowaat Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.

You can send us an e-mail at support@7thgear.ai to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you haven’t invited anyone to your team (single user mode) you may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@7thgear.ai. We’ll mark your data for deletion and delete it within 3 to 30 days.

If you have other team members(business or team user), we can’t delete your data from the team. Only the team owner (business admin) can fully delete the team by emailing support@7thgear.ai.

Some information may remain in our records after your deletion of such information from your account. We may use any usage data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.
